What often starts as a funny idea often ends up as a project…because that’s how Coach Andrea rolls! So when I jokingly said that all I wanted for Christmas was for all of my athletes to be able to touch their toes it started to sound like a program that I should create! So, here it is!
Here’s the plan:
When you sign up you will receive daily short videos or pictures of exercises and stretches starting on Monday 11/16/2020
All Coach Andrea wants for Christmas is for all of her athletes to be able to Touch Their Toes (and her over-achievers to put their palms on the floor!)! Here’s your challenge instructions…
1. Sign up!
2. Make sure to check your email to confirm that you received your welcome email. If you don’t, please check your promotions, junk, or spam box and make the messages/sender as SAFE. Otherwise you won’t receive your daily stretching program!
3. Have someone take a pic of you in a forward fold/toe touch position. Legs should be straight and hands together. If you can have a ruler to measure the distance between your fingertips and toes…all the better! Send that pic to achieve@athleticevolutionspt.com, the date that it was taken, and what your measurement was if you used the ruler.
4. Wait with nervous excitement for the start of the program (11/16)! You will receive a short stretch routine to do each day for 5 days that will take roughly 10 minutes (best to do AFTER some form of activity when muscles are warm).
5. DO YOUR DAILY STRETCHES. Grab your parent, child, spouse, training partner, friend, or COACH (lol) to do them with you if necessary!
6. At the end of the challenge, take another pic to track the improvement! Send that pic to achieve@athleticevolutionspt.com, the date it was taken, and what your NEW measurement was!
