I’ve been working with Coach Andrea for almost a year for tennis fitness and have never found a better trainer. I’ve gone to many trainers in the past, but never found one as helpful as Andrea. She knows what to work on for each individual to help them with their weaker spots and has great recommendations on what to do with injuries. She pushes us while still keeping the workouts fun, sometimes chatting and always playing upbeat music to keep us pumped up and ready to work hard. Having workout sessions with ages ranging from juniors to seniors, you’re bound to find a session where you’ll fit right in. Working with Andrea has made a HUGE impact on my tennis game. Not only do I have so much more energy that can last for a whole match, I can always count on her to help me with my injuries. I love working with her and couldn’t ask for a better trainer and friend.

Adult Performance Program
I have been working with Coach Andrea in the APP (adult performance program) for about 5 weeks now and plan on continuing. She has a personalized approach which allows me to perform based on my level; yet provides just the right amount of constant, gentle-pressure, which keeps me challenging myself. When I think I can’t go further, she jumps in beside me to make certain I complete the task. I call it my “love/hate” relationship, which is why I know she is doing exactly what she should be doing. If you want to keep making excuses, do it on your own. If you want results, call Andrea and see what she can do for you! As a “40 something” adult, I am doing this for me.
Andrea worked with my daughter throughout her high school volleyball career. In working with Andrea, my daughter became noticeably stronger and faster and would recover quicker when play-related injuries occurred. Injuries are a part of most athletes’ lives and Andrea assisted with not only evaluating my daughter’s limitations, but also provided modified training helping her recover and return to the court as quickly as possible.

Adult Performance Program
Coach Andrea is an excellent trainer. I have worked with her individually and also as part of a diverse group. She always amazes me with being able to meet every person’s needs, limitations, and abilities seamlessly. Andrea makes every week different so the workouts do not become tedious or boring.
Each week is a new adventure, a full body work-out, and most of all fun.

Andrea helped transform my body from mushy to tight and toned. Her workouts are unique and so fun, but expect to be sore the next day because she knows how to exercise every little muscle in your body. She even helped me gain back my strength and mobility after undergoing knee surgery. I truly believe she is one of the best in the business, but beware she is a stickler for correct form… quality over quantity!

Andrea Tyndall’s structure and sport specific training was key in providing me with increased over-all athleticism, explosiveness, core strength and mobility necessary for me to compete at and beyond a world class level.

Andrea is a work hard, work smart kind of trainer who will bring you the discipline and attitude necessary to succeed at the next level. While playing Division I soccer at the University of Wisconsin, her experience and drive as a coach brought me clear and game-changing results as an athlete, and I continue to call on her for training advice and coaching.

If you want to work hard, be pushed, while getting positive reinforcement Andrea Tyndall is the trainer for you! Taking your game to the next level is a challenge for all athletes. To conquer this challenge, you need a training and conditioning regimen that is just as tough. She will take you through programs that emphasize a blend of speed and agility, functional movement, plyometrics, and conditioning, while targeting overall strength. In addition, your program will focus on total-body exercises specific to your sport. These are the things I got from being trained by Andrea while playing volleyball for the University of Wisconsin.
