The Athletic Development Training program is the perfect start if you’re looking for an introduction to improved functional movement, body awareness, balance, and control that is the foundation for developing sports skills and success. This program combines sports performance training with long-term athletic development.
This program is designed for youth athletes 6th-9th* grade.

*9th grade athletes will transition to Sports Performance, Tennis Performance, or Golf Performance when appropriate.

Screening & Consultation Session

The initial Athletic Development Physical Assessment and Consultation session includes a goals and interests review, physical screen, and introduction to the Dynamic Warm-Up for a deeper assessment.

When possible, a practice session or competition will also be attended by Coach for further evaluation, as well as contact with an athlete’s coach(es) for additional feedback.

A follow-up Review & Recommendation email will be sent with results of the session. This review will include highlights of strengths and weaknesses revealed through the assessment, as well as how to best target areas to improve athleticism and performance.

An additional Athletic Development Private Training session will be scheduled to introduce the athlete to their new training plan that reflects their needs as a youth athlete.

Training Packages

Packages are paid-in-full plans.  All sessions will be available to schedule immediately upon purchase but will expire at the end of the 3-month package.

Packages are auto-renewed when all sessions are completed or at the end of 3-months, whichever occurs first.

Benefit: Book your sessions farther out and guarantee your preferred training time for the length of your package without having to wait until the next automated payment.

10 Session Packages = training approximately once per week.
20 Session Packages = training approximately twice per week.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private sessions are held with 2-4 athletes/participants with individualized workouts.

Private Training

Private sessions are scheduled with one athlete/client for maximum individualization and attention.

Training Subscriptions

Training Subscriptions are 3-month plans with automated monthly payments. Each payment will receive a number of sessions (see below for details) that are available for scheduling from the date of purchase.

Sessions will roll over DURING a subscription but must be used within the 3-month (13-week) agreement period.

Subscriptions are auto-renewed when all sessions are completed or at the end of 3-months, whichever occurs first.

Benefit: Spread the payments over the course of the training plan for a budget-friendly option.

12 Session Subscriptions = training roughly once per week, 4 sessions per payment.
24 Session Subscriptions = training roughly twice per week, 8 sessions per payment.

Semi-Private Training

Choose an amount that is appropriate for the type and amount of training you intend to schedule; Flexible Funding Plans are designed for a blended program that could include a combination of in-person, Zoom, or Online training to help cater your training to your schedule, your goals, or your location! Or schedule a mix of Private, Semi-Private or Group training to maximize your programming while training on your own or enjoying training with other motivated athletes.
