Distance Performance Training Program: Summer 2025

🏃‍♂️ Prepare to PR this Fall with the Distance Performance Training Program!

Build your engine. Sharpen your stride. Prepare for your strongest fall season yet.

Whether you’re aiming to PR, make varsity, or simply show up to fall training ready to lead, this summer program is built just for you. Starting June 17, our athlete-centered training program helps high school endurance athletes—especially cross country runners—develop the strength, mobility, and durability they need to perform and stay healthy all season long.

BUT…if you are a distance swimmer, or even a basketball or soccer player focused on your fitness, this program could help build your strength foundation too!

Led by Coach Andrea Tyndall, a veteran coach with nearly 30 years of experience guiding athletes from NCAA Division I to local high school standouts. Her approach blends targeted performance training with real-world education—so athletes don’t just work hard… they work smart.

✨ What Makes This Program Different?

This isn’t just general strength work. This is performance training designed for endurance athletes:
✅ Strength work to support better running, or swimming, mechanics
✅ Core and hip stability to reduce overuse injuries
✅ Explosive drills to build efficiency and stride (or stroke!) power
✅ Recovery strategies to keep you feeling fresh and progressing

And this summer, there’s more…
