  1. Athletic Development Plan
    1. Averages 1 training session per week
  2. Sports Performance Plan
    1. Averages 2 training sessions per week
  3. Athletic Development, Sports Performance, and Reconditioning Passes & Packages
    1. Passes are available as a single visit, in packages, or in plans.
  4. In-Season Maintenance Program
    1. Averages 1 training session per week
  5. Adult Performance Program Course
    1. Averages 1 training session per week

Note: After deciding the amount of frequency you/your child would like to pursue, then choose between these plans. All plans are also available for Reconditioning Services.

  1. Monthly Plan: Purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month plan
  2. Prepaid Plan: Purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month plan.
  3. Pass Package: Purchase 5, 10, or 20 session packages in the Athletic Development or Sports Performance Training with expiration dates of 3, 6, and 12 months, respectively.
