Summer 2017  Sport Performance Clinics for Tennis

Tennis players attending the first Sport Performance Clinics for Tennis took advantage of the extra time to make significant gains on their strength, fitness, speed, and movement.  Whether it resulted in getting to more balls, hitting them harder, or being able to do both throughout a long match participants (and their coaches and parents) noticed improvements in their game.
