Optional Programming–Virtual SportStretch & Recovery

  • Can you not touch your toes?
  • Does lack of flexibility limit your ability to generate the club head speed and distance?
  • Do you have upperbody injuries or back pain that might be due to limited mobility and flexibility?
  • Would you like to learn how to help your body recover from the mental fatigue, physical stress and soreness that come with athletic participation?

The answer is likely YES to at least one of those scenarios, so this summer Coach Andrea is offering a 6-session Virtual SportStretch & Recovery Package for Wednesdays at 4:30-5:25pm to complement the Summer Training sessions…or just because! Zoom in on your computer or tablet as all that’s required is the internet, a small space, and a bit of equipment for Coach Andrea to guide you through a mobility program that will target the muscles that most commonly limit movement and rotation, while also teaching tips and tricks for acheiving a deeper and more relaxing stretch.

Optional Programming–All-Sports Fitness

The Friday All-Sports Fitness session (aka Fun Fitness Friday) focuses purely of speed, agility, and fitness by incorporating sand workous, hills, slideboards, shuttles, and occasionally a local pool to improve power endurance, cardiovascular stamina, and mental toughness in as ‘fun’ as an environment as possible.
If interested please contact Coach Andrea as session requires a minimum of participants.

This session is designed to be a Small Group Training session of 5-8 athletes to allow for competition, relays, and game to enhance the workout and increase the fun!
