Coach Andrea Tyndall has spent almost 30 years helping youth athletes (and adults!) build strength, confidence, and long-term performance. With a proven track record from NCAA Division I to local middle school athletes, she creates structured, age-appropriate training that meets each athlete where they are. Her Summer Sports Performance Program is designed to give athletes the foundation they need to move better, compete harder, and stay injury-free. It’s more than just workouts—it’s education and preparation for sport and life.
!!! New this summer, athletes enrolled in the 14-session option will get access to an Online Goal Setting Program, co-written by Mental Skills Trainer Eimear McCarthy and Coach Andrea. This self-paced, guided experience helps athletes define what success looks like, stay focused, and build habits that support progress in and out of sport. It’s the perfect complement to physical training—bringing purpose and intention to every rep.

1st step: Pre-Program Assessment & Testing
A 60-minute session to assess your baseline, uncover opportunities for significant performance improvements, and set clear targets for training.
*assessment sessions must be completed before Friday 6/13 to allow for final program adjustments. Training sessions target athletic fundamentals, but also incorporate individual athlete needs!
Includes:
–Facility tour & goal consultation
–Physical screens: mobility, stability, coordination, flexibility
–Mini dynamic warm-up
–Athletic testing: strength, power, agility, and fitness

–Already completed a previous screen? → 30-minute update session: $49

Athletic Development programming for junior high athletes focuses on building foundational strength, speed, coordination, and confidence in a fun, age-appropriate training environment.
–Group Size: 9–12 athletes
–Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
–Time: 3:30–4:25 PM
–Start Date: June 16 – August 6

Sports Performance Training for high school athletes delivers advanced, structured sessions with individualized programming elements to support each athlete’s unique goals, sport demands, and development level.
–Group Size: 5–8 athletes
–Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
–Time: 4:30–5:25 PM
–Start Date: June 16 – August 6

What is the Online Goal Setting Program?
This 8-week course gives athletes a clear, practical framework for setting and working towards goals. Through short weekly readings and simple activities, they’ll explore how to:
- Understand the difference between vague dreams and real goals
- Break big goals into manageable steps
- Create plans they can actually follow
- Stay motivated and navigate setbacks
- Reflect on their progress and adjust along the way
